HOW WE WORK

How we work

Ryzera was incorporated in 2026, and we cannot yet point to many completed engagements. In place of that, here is exactly what happens in each phase, how long it takes, and what you receive.
  1. 01

    Indicative duration

    2–4 weeks

    Scoping

We establish the objective, the range of investment under consideration, and the time horizon. Desk research, a pre-F/S, gives an early, candid read on whether the opportunity merits further work. If our answer is that it does not, we say so and explain why.

    What you receive

    • Issue-definition memo
    • Initial market read
    • Indicative cost range
    • Recommended next step
  2. 02

    Indicative duration

    6–12 weeks

    Feasibility

We run the on-the-ground feasibility study: market size and characteristics, distribution realities, competitors, required permits, and the existence and standing of candidate partners, all verified locally. We also design and accompany site visits.

    What you receive

    • On-the-ground F/S report
    • Long-list and short-list of candidate partners
    • Permit and regulatory map
    • Draft market-entry plan
  3. 03

    Indicative duration

    2–5 months

    Entry

FITTA approval, Department of Industry or Investment Board Nepal filings, company registration, Nepal Rastra Bank registration, banking, tax registration and visas, run in parallel. Duration depends on sector and documentation readiness.

    What you receive

    • Incorporated entity
    • Registrations and permits
    • Bank account and remittance route
    • Initial hiring plan
  4. 04

    Indicative duration

    Ongoing

    Operate

Recruitment and development, support for local management, accounting and tax compliance, counterparty development, and regular reporting back to Japan, in Japanese, on the parent company's decision cycle.

    What you receive

    • Monthly reporting
    • Recruitment and development delivery
    • Accounting and tax compliance
    • Counterparty development

PRINCIPLES

How we hold ourselves

  1. 01

We will tell you when to stop.

If scoping shows the opportunity does not hold, we say so and explain why. Continuing would be better for our revenue and worse for you.

  2. 02

    Durations are given as ranges.

Nepali administrative timelines vary with sector and with how ready the documentation is. We do not promise fixed dates; we give ranges and name what moves them.

  3. 03

Reporting is in Japanese, on Japan's cycle.

Monthly reports, in a format that can go into an internal approval process, at the level of detail a decision actually requires.

  4. 04

    We verify anyone we introduce.

Candidate partners are checked for registration, real operations and commercial standing before their name reaches you.

  5. 05

We explain how fees work before you ask.

Scoping at a fixed fee, execution by milestone, operational support on a retainer, separated by phase so you can stop at any boundary.
