MESSAGE
A note from me
I am a Nepali entrepreneur. My work has run across journalism, business development, technology, agriculture and international collaboration.
Living in Japan for many years changed the standard I hold myself to. Discipline, quality, precision, and thinking in long horizons: assumptions Japanese business treats as ordinary, which for someone arriving from outside amount to relearning the job. I still hold that value in high regard.
My professional path spans media, food supply chains, entrepreneurship and the introduction of technology into agriculture. What it has in common is standing between the ground and the people who decide.
Through Ryzera Ventures I want to make the economic connection between Japan and Nepal concrete: helping organisations identify where the opportunity genuinely is, assembling partnerships that last, and creating value over years rather than quarters. That means doing the work locally, in person.
The goal is for Nepal to be recognised as a dependable destination for responsible Japanese investment and, inseparably, for local talent, technology and entrepreneurship to grow in the process.

What I am working towards
That Nepal comes to be seen as a dependable option for responsible Japanese investment, and that in the course of getting there, local talent, technology and the foundations for entrepreneurship grow. Ryzera's role is to advance both at once.
